Issue

If you’re using SMART Board software 8.1.3.10 with Mac OS X 10.4 operating system software and without a connected SMART interactive product, a refresh problem occurs in a dialog box that appears when you launch the SMART Keyboard.

Solution

There is currently no workaround for this issue.
