Solution
Verify that your Sympodium interactive pen display is correctly set up and connected, and that its power adapter is working. See the installation and user’s guide included with your pen display for set up and connection instructions.
To verify if the power adapter is working
-
Verify that your pen display’s power outlet is active by connecting another electronic device to the same outlet, and then turning it on.
-
Verify that there is no physical damage to the power adapter.
-
Securely connect the two sections of the power adapter:
-
Connect the power cable’s female receptacle into the power supply’s AC adapter box.
-
Fully insert the power supply’s round-tipped connector into your pen display’s power receptacle (labeled DC IN or 12 VDC IN).
-
Insert the power cable’s pronged connector into an active power outlet.
If you’re unable to turn on your Sympodium interactive pen display after completing the previous procedure, order a replacement power adapter from your reseller or SMART Support.
