Displaying the Same Desktop on a Sympodium Interactive Pen Display and Your Laptop or Tablet PC

Issue
When you connect a Sympodium interactive pen display to your mobile PC (laptop or Tablet PC), your desktop extends across both displays or nothing appears on the Sympodium interactive pen display.
Solution
Change the graphics card settings on your mobile PC, so that your desktop appears on both your mobile PC and the Sympodium interactive whiteboard.
To change the graphics card settings on your mobile PC

Right-click on your desktop. A menu appears.

Select the command that opens the graphics configuration dialog box.
Note
This command is specific to your graphics card. It may be labeled, for example, Graphics Properties.
A graphics configuration dialog box appears.

Select the option to display the same desktop on both your mobile PC and the Sympodium interactive whiteboard.
