Issue
When you press the interactive screen of your SMART Board interactive whiteboard or Sympodium interactive pen display, a large mouse icon appears below the pointer.
Solution
Clear the Touch Pointer option.
To clear the Touch Pointer option

Open the Windows Control Panel.

Double-click Pen and Input Devices.
The Pen and Input Devices dialog box appears.

Select the Touch tab, and then clear the Touch Pointer option.
The mouse icon disappears.
