SMART Board 6052i interactive displays and SMART GoWire for business auto-launch cables |
SMART software |
SMART Meeting Pro Premium 2.2 and 2.3 software |
Issue
Multitouch gestures behave unexpectedly when you use the installed version of SMART Meeting Pro Premium software or when you use a SMART GoWire for business auto-launch cable. For example:
Cause
Multitouch gestures are enabled by default when SMART Product Drivers is installed on your interactive display. This can conflict with the multitouch gesture feature in SMART Meeting Pro Premium software.
You can use SMART Meeting Pro Premium 2.2 or 2.3 software with your SMART Board 6052i interactive display but multitouch gestures aren’t supported.
Solution
Disable multitouch gestures in the SMART control panel on your interactive display or on your SMART GoWire auto-launch cable to resolve the conflict.
Note
To use multitouch while using SMART Meeting Pro Premium software on your interactive display, you must remove your software, and install SMART Meeting Pro Premium 2.1 software. However, if you do this you will lose some features. Go to smarttech.com/software to install SMART Meeting Pro Premium 2.1 software.
To disable multitouch gestures in the SMART control panel
Press the SMART Meeting Pro icon in the notification area, and then select Control Panel.
Press SMART Hardware Settings.
Note
If your computer is connected to more than one SMART product, the control panel displays an image for each product. Press the image of the product you want to change settings for.
Select Mouse and Gesture Settings in the drop-down list.
Clear the Enable Multitouch Gestures check box.
- Press OK.
